Q: What do I do if a room is not loading, or the applet is not working?
A: Either the room is actually down, in this case you may see just a white chat box with no users in the room. It also might be an issue with your Java or browser. Ensure you're Java is the latest version(see below). You might also find restarting your browser useful, using 'File -> Exit' and load the page again.
Q: A box pops up when i try and load the pool/chat room and asks me to run it. Is this safe?
A: Yes it is perfectly safe. It is called a 'Signed Java Application' and it is required because our client is connecting to a remote game server on our highly robust system to cope with user load.
Q: How do I become a moderator on the site?
A: At this current time we will not be requiring any new moderators, as demand increases and the site grows awareness then we will inform you of any spots.
Q: I see a box and an error message on the game page, and cannot play the games.
A: Please make sure that you have the latest version of Java Runtime Environment installed on your machine. This can be obtained from

Q: I can't find where to delete my account. Is it possible to remove my account?
A: You cannot delete your account, this is due to technical problems this may cause with forum posts and guestbook entries. However you will not recieve any spam email from us so leaving your account here will just mean that it is idle. Simply don't login.
Q: I want to signup with another account name, but it says my email address is already taken.
A: If you wish to change your email then please use the contact us link to request this. You may only register an email once on the site.
